1. To post a message you must be registered. Registration is open to anyone. Click here to register. Once you are registered, you can login by clicking login on the bottom right of the sidebar.
2. You can subscribe to be notified when new posts are submitted. Click here to subscribe. You can change your preferences anytime.
3. If you are writing a post and have pictures for the article, first post the pictures on a site like Yahoo or Snapfish, then link to the photos.
